Different Line Color For Same OHLC Chart. #447

In Candlestick Chart we having  increaseFill and decreaseFill Property to 
identify the increasing and decreasing values. 
Likewise we need two properties to indicate increasing Line and decreasing line 
of OHLC Chart in different color.
