Helper methods for CPTPieChart #474

I wrote an app that uses CPTPieChart, and I needed some helper methods for:

* Finding the slice index that corresponds to a given angle
* Finding the median (center) angle of a pie slice

These methods may be of use to others, so I am submitting them as a patch.
