Support shadows for plots without a data line #487

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Currently plots that use a fill but no border (no data line) cannot show a
shadow when using the CPTShadow class, as shadows are bound to data lines only.
Using the standard CALayer.shadow* properties, however, works as intented.
Since it was said that the CALayer shadow properties produces problems (which
is why CPTShadow has been created) it would be better if CPTShadow based
shadows also would work for borderless plots.
