OSX CorePlots don't fit view until view is resized #496

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run almost any example, I'll show Plot_Gallery_Mac
2. Click on any plot in the gallery except composite plot or axis labeling
which work correctly. I'll discuss Axis demo plot.
3. Notice the right side is clipped at 9.5 and top 7.
4. Move any window border or the split view bar slightly and the border grows
to 10.0 and ~10.4. From then on until you select another plot things work ok.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CorePlot 1.1 on 10.7

Some of the bug reports about various kinds of plots sometimes working or not
could be related to this problem.

Have you tried the latest code to see if any of the recent fixes solved this
issue? Revision 40e582241230 fixed a layout issue that caused similar symptoms
on iOS 5.

Haven't tried the latest, it looks promising. I'll post after I try it.

Swapped in the files from the revision noted and the problem is fixed ! ya,
thanks

I didn't use the proper method of updating the source code just copied the
changed files. I noticed that I probably have some old files so I'll have to
figure out how the source control stuff works. I guess I can't say the problem
is truly fixed until I test it with all the updated files.

thanks again though.

We have some resources on the Core Plot wiki to get you started with Mercurial.
