Adding labels to axes is a complicated text layout problem because labels 
(numbers or texts) tend to overlap. There are several common strategies to 
solve this problem like line breaking inside labels and rotating labels. Also 
the padding of the chart should be automatically adjusted to make just enough 
room for the needed labels.
