iOS 5 plots go outside plot area when using scaleToFitPlots

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new graph with Xcode 4.6 and launch it on iOS6 simulator
2. Open it in iOS5 simulator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The graph is misplaced just like you see in the pictures.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pushed the latest files from the source and launched on XCode 4.6. 

Please provide any additional information below.
I've replaced the old files and cleaned the project and I've tired this and 
that. The problem here is obviously on the Core Plot side.
