Zooming plot causes it to be drawn outside the axis #543

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a CPTScatterplot and enable user interaction
2. Zoom in by pinching
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The plot should be drawn inside the XY axis, but it goes out slightly, see 
attached screen shot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CorePlot release 2.0 branch

Please provide any additional information below.

The entire plot, including the data line and plot symbols is clipped to the 
plot area. If you position the axes at the edge of the plot area, the data line 
will clip at the middle of the axis line.
