Use jekyll for the Kaitai Project homepage

At the moment the header and footer need to be copied to every subpage and news article. This way the (c) year and Gitter are not added to every page. Using jekyll can solve this issue.

The page can be viewed at: https://cugu.github.io/kaitai-io.github.io/

Issues:

• The CNAME file needs to be added again
• The urls need to be edited in the _config.yml
• The selected item in the nav is not highlighted

Thanks a lot! I've finally found time to merge your port and start using Jekyll for our site. I seem to have fixed selected items for nav bar.
