Updated grammar etc. in index.md #14

Updated grammar and spelling, and also other changes like Mac OS X to macOS, and simplifying explanation of what a GIF is!

Quite a lot of changes here. Let me know if you would prefer them as multiple smaller PRs.

Many thanks @generalmimon! I agree with your suggestion. And thanks for the pointer to Kaitai Struct VS Code extension - I wasn't aware of that, and that is my current preferred editor! Maybe that extension, and Kiewtai, should be added to the list in the "Built with Kaitai Struct" section?

A good idea, actually! Any chance I can ask you to do that?

Probably there are a few other notable projects in https://twitter.com/kaitai_io feed, but you don't have to go through it 😄 Just an idea.

Well, maybe another day! If there's a lot of them, maybe they should be spun out to a new page, still keeping prominent ones on the top page. BTW, I notice Veles is no longer maintained...
