Can add a quick check that the diffusion gradients are in the correct orientation (mrtrix3 has a command for this). Should be either at the end of the preprocessing, or at the very beginning of the tractography workflow (or both in case external steps are taken between workflows). This will help to ensure that the output bvec is in the correct orientation.
