Currently, the connectivity workflow expects a parcellation to be provided in order to map connectivity between different regions. Add an additional workflow / argument that accepts some ROI(s) as wayward inclusion, retaining the tractography passing through those regions.

Likely single nifti image (following BIDS naming) containing all wayward rois it should pass through. If multiple nifti images, new image for each one. Naming of output file can follow this files name with updated suffix and extension.
What should the output be?
Tractography can be recreated in a deterministic way so don't need to retain (for disk space)
Updated TDI passing through all (or individual) ROIs
If atlas provided, connectivity matrix
Should surface mapping also be done (if provided?). This currently isn't done at all, but if given standard BIDS naming of surfaces, could be done similar to how other files are grabbed.
