Audio doesn't play on mobile! #2

Hey! Just as the title says, you can playback the audio file (voice messages) fine on a desktop but not on mobile. The audio doesn't seem to play on mobile. any ideas? help is much appreciated.

What file format was the voice message that you sent originally? They can be funny on mobile sometimes.

The file is .ogg and I've tried .mp3 neither worked on mobile for me. Have you had these voice clips working on mobile, and does it still work for you?
