Grassland easier to interpret than woodland #51

Grassland and woodland covary; we used woodland as it was slightly better predictor in preliminary modeling. We also use chaparral.

However, "grassland" seems a priori like the more relevant feature, and results in models that are easier to interpret. Swap out woodland for grassland throughout.

I ran everything, and now I'm having second thoughts. Not necessarily easier to interpret and I think we should be consistent in our approach.
