We need to choose an optimal fix interval #8

We originally tried 10 minutes - it seems too coarse. We lose points, and only have about 100 per individual.

We also tried 1 minute - it seems too fine.

3 minutes may be the sweet spot?

Try 5 min as well.

For now, I have resampled data at 1, 3, 5, and 10 minutes, exported, and matched spatial covariates. Can easily do other intervals with this script if we want
