Add second y axis #8

Include secondary y axis for other variables of interest.

This was surprisingly easy to implement. The clicked point shows up as a red marker on both lines. This might need more tweaking once a second flume is added, but this issue is basically resolved. (Please let me know if the turbidity units are right.)
