Japanese Translation #2

Once the basic client/website is up, we will make the website full bilingual (no Google translate). We can even add more languages if volunteers are up to help (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish, Korean...).

@tkiapril this looks like a good resource for a full-site overhaul at some point in the possible future.
