There is great support for English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) and more.

Use Google fonts, unless there is a good reason to do otherwise.

Google Noto Sans == Adobe Han Sans afaik. I think it would work great for regular typesetting, since it has good support for CJK unified ideographs.
