Missing premium questions #110

Steps to reproduce:

  1. M-x leetcode
  2. The premium questions are missing in the *leetcode* buffer.

I'm premium member, and have login to my account in both Firefox and Brave before running M-x leetcode. Could you please give me some help for debugging the issue? Thank you.

Sorry I didn't know there was a command leetcode-toggle-paid-display that toggles the display of premium questions.
