[x] Create a visually appealing and informative dashboard summarising the user's information.
[x] Display nutritional insights, shopping list, and carbon footprint data.
[x] Include options to visit different pages quickly.

User Story: As a user, I want to have a page that displays a brief overview of key information that I can refer to quickly, and edit if needed.
