Ability to export the settings of all currently configured extensions (and import on new device) #795

As many other apps offer, it would be good to be able to export the settings 
that a user has configured for all the extensions the user has installed (only 
applicable to extensions that have the option to configure settings).

For example, when moving to a new phone a user may want to export from one 
phone and import on another. Would have to account for the new device not 
having all extensions that the previous device had installed.
