for filter command, it is referred as Tracey parses... Tracey throws..

But other commands phrases the activity diagram without referring to Tracey

Hello, , it does not matter if it is 1st person/ 3rd person POV. The purpose of the UML diagrams is to aid understanding of how our component work. Furthermore, the notation is not wrong. There is a very logical flow of actions used for all the activity diagrams. It does not hinder readers to understand the workings of that particular class.
