Add gas flux data and scripts #28

@kaizadp Do you want gas flux scripts separated into their own subfolder? Integrated with existing scripts?

It might be easier to integrate them with the existing scripts. Since the scripts are numbered, let's leave the Picarro scripts 1 to x, and I'll re-number my scripts x+1 onwards.

The Picarro folder has this message:

Sorry, we had to truncate this directory to 1,000 files. 4,451 entries were omitted from the list.

Is that going to be a problem?

I think that's just a display artifact, and doesn't affect the actual repo. Pulling master now to check.
