French landing page won't load #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set primary language as "French"
2. Install ChromeVox
3. http://www.chromevox.com/fr/ opens a new tab and fail (Cette page Web 
présente une boucle de redirection.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to see the page and set ChromeVox language to French too

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm on Chrome Stable on Windows 7 (clean and updated)

I had to force to the English page to be able to provide this feedback.
