Feature request: easy way to toggle chromevox on and off #118

It should be possible to easily toggle ChromeVox on/off without resorting to 
enabling/disabling in chrome://extensions.

I agree that a toggle on/off is highly desirable.  Currently, I think the 
application is too cumbersome "as is'
