dvtm within fbterm disables 256 color ability. #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run fbterm
2. Run dvtm
3. Run elinks with 256 color option enabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected 256 color elinks, got 16 color garbage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7 on Archlinux

Please provide any additional information below.
I am aware that this may be a dvtm issue and not fbterm. elinks works fine in 
fbterm alone. While used in dvtm, $TERM is set and reads as "fbterm". I don't 
really understand how dvtm can revoke 256 color mode if it's working fine in 
fbterm.
