hi, did most of the grunt work https://finance-bill.pages.dev/ (looks better on laptop screens), using https://finance-bill.pages.dev/js/consituency_relation.json for the data(self-annotated), not yet fully 100% correct, but 194->yes/125->no against the 205->yes,104 no , (finding those discrepancies takes too long, will fix with time)
