As an OWSO chief I want the system to follow up incompleted user after last received x hours with the last question received to maximize the engagement So that the user can get notifies to keep continue and engage with the Page for the rest flow

Note: x can be set by system admin

that is currently can be done via Chatfuel as we utilize this platform as a gateway channel for Facebook Messenger
