Pusher Client Support #11

I updated the library to have to work well with flutter_pusher_client, the example was updated also to show it's use case. I'll like this PR to be reviewed soon, I'm still depending on my fork to work.

Thank you for the invite, I'll be making necessary changes soon and merging the PR, I dunno if you have a process you go through before merging any PR.
