Clean up duplicated test case for EdgeTest suite #201

I think test case "buildOperation" and "buildMutation: snapshotEdge: None with newProps" are exactly same code. So just let just one test case between them in EdgeTest suite. "buildOperation" looks older than "buildMutation: snapshotEdge: None with newProps". So clean up the former.
