Many duplication code exists Query/Experiment controller and Netty Rest handler. So extract common functions to some module(like RestUtil ...)

RestServer(Play, Netty) should call graph functions through restUtil layer
RestUtil layer only return Future(Failure, Succesuful) for handling exception one way
