GUI: Name of book is too short #84

There is name of book at upper left corner on main application screen.
The string for name is 4 characters long. It is too short for some books.

For example, Czech books are named CzeBNK, CzeBKR, CzeB21 and many more. They 
are all cutted to CzeB, what makes nonsens.

Can you use string of 8 or more characters lenght, please?

It is a bit tight on the toolbar in portrait mode but one more char should help 
with your specific issue so I have increased the maximum document name length 
in portrait mode to 5 from 4.
