Menu shows up twice

The latest alpha which will be released soon has changes in this area which may 
fix this problem, but due to the difficulty I have reproducing this problem I 
can't be sure.

I had the same problem (using a HTC Desire S) and it is gone with the latest 
alpha version.

New beta is Ok on HTC DHD thanks for help. Old version go rift on cm 7.2.
