Add support for Roll20's "show spell description" template #951

Roll20 added an option to their templates to allow showing a spell description by clicking on a button. That's pretty neat, we should also be able to support it! image

This doesn't seem to work without using a character's macro. I can add the "Show spell description" button, but I can't make it do anything other than trigger a sheet's macro, it's not like the custom damage roll formulas where I can make them roll anything I want. Closing as not doable.
