Conflict with VTTES #9

Seems jquery isn't available at the time of R20Exporter being loaded when VTTES extension is enabled.

Can confirm that R20Exporter is not being loaded while VTTES extension is enabled in Chrome. Disabled the VTTES extension and R20Exporter showed up to do the job :-)
