Remove jQuery #433

Even better than https://github.com/kakawait/hugo-tranquilpeak-theme/issues/432 is to remove jQuery. Because we don't need it anymore… it's 2020!

And the second problem is that I'm sync from Hexo's version. If I rewrite everything without jQuery, sync will be more harder.
