Woah! I've been wanting to do this project for a while but I haven't had much time to start. I am not a super big expert but let me know if you need any help. Otherwise good luck. If you're able to complete this and keep it OS then I could make very good use of it.

You should check out https://github.com/kakhil2004/GT-OSCAR-scrapper-client, its complete but it only supports python
