Uninstall sinric #392

Dear, although your api worked perfectly (started to test it today with sinric) and was a perfect match, however, I saw that you move to sinric pro, which was not a big issue, as long as I saw the fee structure you're putting in place. Not that I would not be willing to pay, but then only a one-time fee for a lifetime usage and a stable environment, not a monthly nor yearly fee. I just need 16 doorbell buttons to interface with my Velbus home automation, all the further logic will happen there, but you're limiting it to 5 devices (not 5 types of devices, which I misunderstood). Therefore, I want to investigate other ways to link nodemcu to alexa and google assistant, and need to completely uninstall sinric and sinric pro, so that alexa (which I used on my smartphone to test) gets completely free on the screen (because now the devices continue to pop-up even when I delete them), but I see no uninstall option. I want to remove all my traces to both sinris and sinric pro, including unregistering completely. How can I do this ?

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. It's practical for us to provide a fixed one-time fee option at this moment. However, I will update the website to select no of the years (up to 3 years) when you purchase a subscription ( in a couple of days).

If you want to completely uninstall,

  1. Delete sinric/sinric pro devices from dashboard
  2. Delete sinric/sinric pro devices from Alexa
  3. Unlink the sinric/ sinric pro skill from alexa app.
