Added support for Season of Mastery honor change #158

-SOM support changes the RP factor between bracket and rank RP tables from 20% to 40% per Blizzards post. -Will check realm and toggle Season of Mastery on. Option added to Interface option to turn this on/off. -Restored one line from previous patch to suppress sound from friend spam, messages are still occurring.

Let's hope this will not break something, can't test it as I don't play anymore. Thanx for the PR!

I tested it well and am certain this it is correctly applying the SoM changes after checking some rank changes this recent reset and comparing the rate factors. The toggle ultimately after the initial realm check will adhere to the Interface Option applying the original Classic calculations as they were before.
