Last two weeks, since we switched to summer time in France, we have player not being reset early enough that broadcast the previous week database to players that logged later and had their reset, resulting in a database populated with old data.
~~As the servers are going down for maintenance during the night (3AM), I would suggest to change the EU reset time to 3 AM UTC.
Any player login after downtime should have his weekly reset in my opinion.~~
I would also like to add a check on comm receive that discards players information last seen before honorspy last_reset.

Maybe you can tell if setting the reset to 3AM will have a negative impact on russian players
