How to kick cash drawer programmatically? #98

Thank you for this awesome plugin!

Bluetooth printers are equipped with that RJ connector with cash drawer, also some printers are also bundled with cash drawer. The question is how to kick the dash drawer open programmatically? I have tried few commands but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?
