Added section with instructions for creating new site #104

see this issue was closed. do you know longer want to submit it as a pull request? how does this compare to the documentation on the wiki here: https://github.com/kalamuna/kalastack/wiki/How-to-import-a-preexisting-Drupal-site-into-kalastack.

Yes, I cancelled the pull request, decided it wasn't ready and there was a clearer way to present the info.

Regarding "how does this compare...", um, well, how do I say this? How about "the page at that link is empty"?

Perhaps it's just empty for me because it's not public?
