generally and according to the composer docz you should not put the version in composer.json. that said we should have a way to check the terminatur version in the stack so we can update on vagrant up --provision when the kalastack config.json changes with a new terminatur version. right now it just rebuilds every time which is not ideal.
composer doesn't show "terminatur" installed after create-project and there is no information regarding it in the lock file. so.... :(
