Investigate Blocks/Layouts Discovery and Components. How would we make Kalagraphs expose different components to Blocks or the Layouts Discovery in Drupal 8.4?

Look at all these things tackling similar things in different ways!

Page Manager
Stacks
Panels
Display Suite
Layout Discovery in 8.4

Too early to determine outcomes of this. Reevaluate for Drupal 8.5/8.6 or move to Drupal 9..
