Switch from ZenBoard to GitHub Projects

Having the board be on ZenBoard is good, using GitHub Projects will mean:

• People won't have to install ZenBoard to see the board
• It's available directly from GitHub
• Can add generic notes so that we don't need actual issues for small things
• Still works with milestones and release cycles
