Make lead body copy a sub-heading of body copy. #32

If you look at the official Bootstrap docs, you'll see that "Lead body copy" is a sub-heading of "Body copy" and doesn't appear in the sidebar nav.

This PR updates the "lead body copy" style guide reference to match.
