adding fix that was applied to issue #58 #140

@andrewmallis - I added col-sm-6 to the divs in sites/all/modules/playbox_static/plugins/content_types/playbox_static_instructions.inc. That's what was added in #58, so I'm assuming that's what was needed here. I'll keep the branch open and add to it if necessary.
