Adding custom playbox_add_battle module which provides multistep form for adding new battles.

Not sure why the check says Travis build failed. If I drill into Travis UI, I see this sign of success (see attached). screen shot 2018-03-03 at 7 45 55 pm

Looks like it's complaining about PHP 5.3. Feel free to change that in .travis.yml: https://github.com/banoodle/playbox/blob/142-add-battle/.travis.yml#L4
