Social media integration #49

Given the awesomeness of this site... it needs to be promoted far and wide to all corners of the twitterverse. Let's provide some tastefully styled ways to share battles on social media, specifically just facebook and twitter.

I was having a hard time visualising how social share links will fit on the battles section so adding it to the results message looks like a good start. We can encourage users to share their excitement of completing a battle.

We can show the share buttons along with the victory message. I have created two separate issues for Twitter and Facebook share:
