A fix for issue #67. Checking for existence of $variables['options']['responsive_toggle'] before checking whether it's FALSE to avoid 'undefined index' errors.

I think this notice is being thrown because the kalatheme responsive views grid plugin is not set correctly in the views display options.

That said... this is a good fix and feel free to post it over here as well https://github.com/drupalprojects/kalatheme
