Hover effect bugs on the top menu bar #71

screen shot 2014-10-20 at 01 45 34 There are two bugs regarding the hover effects on the top menu bar. As can be seen, only the president and robot icon have the hover effect of reference while the battle and score icon do not. screen shot 2014-10-20 at 01 45 48

@zhuoyuzhu im not seeing this... can you provide better steps to replicate?

I'm on Chrome 38/Mac OSX 10.10.

@pirog I'm on Chrome38/Mac OSX 10.8. The problem is when you hover over president, robot and image icons for about 2 or 3 seconds, there is a reference indicating its corresponding instruction. However, the battles and scores icons don't have this hover effect. A ha! You are talking about the link's tittle attribute. Good catch here. Hopefully someone can provide a pull request with this fix!
